The Boss is the direct supervisor of the gifted garbage collectors, a rigid, authoritarian and extremely demanding man who puts work above everything else.
He tolerates no delays or breaks, and uses constant threats, like pay cuts or firing, to keep the crew in line. He is subservient to the company's real owner, but makes up for it by being merciless with his subordinates.
